fa تأملی در جنگ شناختی (تعریف، ویژگی‌ها، مبانی، گونه‌‌ها و راهکارها) A Reflection on Cognitive Warfare: (Definition, Characteristics, Foundations, Typology, and Strategies) تخصصي Special اصيل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: کارزارها و درگیری‌های مدرن و امروزین، بیشتر از نوع«جنگ ترکیبی» هستند. موضوع پژوهش حاضر، «جنگ شناختی» است که سویه و شیوه مهمی از جنگ ترکیبی و پیشرفته‌ترین و پیچیده‌ترین صورت «جنگ نرم» است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه مفهوم جنگ شناختی، بررسی برخی ویژگی‌ها، مبانی و گونه‌های آن و نیز پیشنهاد برخی راهکارها برای مقابله با آن است. روش‌: روش پژوهش حاضر از حیث گردآوری اطلاعات، «کتابخانه‌ای» و از حیث ماهیت روش، «تحلیلی- فلسفی» است. یافته‌ها: «رسانه» و به‌ویژه «فضای سایبر» و «اینترنت»، مهم‌ترین عرصه یا بسترجنگ شناختی است، همچنین «هوش مصنوعی» به مثابه ابزار اصلی این جنگ تلقی می‌شود. در جنگ شناختی، نه‌تنها فرد؛ بلکه جامعه نیز ممکن است دچار «سوگیری‌ شناختی و الگوریتمی» شود. همچنین در «جنگ روایتی» که گونه مهمی از جنگ شناختی است، روایت رسمی باید سعی کند «روایت اول» یعنی «پیش‌دستانه»و «چیره» باشد. «معرفت‌شناسی جنگ شناختی و جنگ روایتی»، مبنای نظری مهمی برای این دو است. «جنگ روانی»، گونه‌ای از جنگ نرم است که نسبت وثیقی با جنگ شناختی دارد و لذا باید به آن هم توجه ویژه شود. نتیجه‌گیری: باتصویری که در پژوهش حاضر از جنگ شناختی و برخی گونه‌های آن از جمله جنگ روایتی و بعضی جنگ‌های مرتبط همچون جنگ روانی حاصل شد، می‌توان «راهکارهایی متناسب» برای مقابله با آنها پیشنهاد کرد که به ویژه ارتقاء «سلامت معنوی» با رویکرد اسلامی از اهم آنها است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Modern conflicts and engagements are predominantly characterized as "hybrid warfare". The subject of this study is "cognitive warfare", which constitutes a significant dimension and method of hybrid warfare and represents the most advanced and complex form of "soft warfare". The objective of this research is to investigate the concept of cognitive warfare, examine its characteristics, foundations, and types, and propose strategies for countering it. Methods: The research methodology employed for data collection is "library-based", and the nature of the approach is "analytical-philosophical". Results: "Media", particularly "cyberspace" and the "Internet", serve as the primary arenas or platforms for cognitive warfare, with "Artificial Intelligence" (AI) regarded as its principal tool. In cognitive warfare, not only individuals but also society as a whole may succumb to "cognitive and algorithmic biases". Furthermore, in "narrative warfare", a crucial subset of cognitive warfare, the official narrative must strive to be the "<a name="_Hlk231802680">first narrative</a>" (pre-emptive) and "dominant narrative". The "epistemology of cognitive warfare and narrative warfare" is an important theoretical foundation for both."Psychological warfare", as a form of soft warfare, maintains a close relationship with cognitive warfare and warrants special attention. Conclusion: Based on the depiction of cognitive warfare and its various forms, such as narrative warfare and related types like psychological warfare, this study proposes "proportionate strategies" for mitigation.
