fa ابر بحران سالمندی جمعیت در ایران: چالش‌های پیش‌رو و ضرورت انجام اقدامات بنیادین عمومى General مستند حمايت‌طلبي Advocacy Paper <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;">سالمندی جمعیت به‌عنوان یکی از ابرچالش‌های آینده ایران با سرعتی فراتر از استانداردهای جهانی در حال وقوع است و پیامدهای گسترده‌ای بر نظام سلامت، رفاه اجتماعی و اقتصاد کشور خواهد داشت. افزایش بار بیماری‌ها، هزینه‌های سنگین سلامت، کاهش نسبت جمعیت در سن کار و فشار بر صندوق‌های بازنشستگی، از مهم‌ترین آثار این روند هستند. در این سند حمایت‌طلبی تلاش شده است ضمن تبیین ابعاد مسئله، ضرورت اقدام فوری و هماهنگ دستگاه‌های سیاست‌گذار برای آمادگی در برابر این بحران تشریح شود. همچنین راهبردهای ملی شامل توسعه نظام سلامت دوستدار سالمند، گسترش خدمات مراقبت طولانی‌مدت، تقویت حکمرانی داده، بهره‌گیری از فناوری‌های نوین و حمایت از خانواده و مراقبان ارائه شده است. هدف نهایی این مستند، جلب توجه تصمیم‌گیران ارشد کشور و فراهم‌سازی بستر اجرای اقدامات بنیادین برای مدیریت پیامدهای سالمندی جمعیت است</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif">.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Population aging is emerging as one of Iran&#39;s superchallenges, progressing at a pace faster than global standards, and will have extensive implications for the country&#39;s health system, social welfare, and economy. The increasing burden of disease, high healthcare costs, a shrinking working-age population ratio, and pressure on pension funds are among the most significant consequences of this trend.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">This advocacy document aims to explain the dimensions of the issue and emphasize the urgent need for coordinated action by policymakers to prepare for this crisis.
